Refund & Return Policy
At Shirtmaxxing, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn.

Be returned in their original packaging.

Be in substantially the same condition as when received.
If the original packaging is missing or the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality, a deduction for diminished value may be applied.
To initiate a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Please contact us at hello@shirtmaxxing.com before returning any item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may generally be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped before processing or shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The right to return does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Hygiene-related products where the protective seal has been removed or broken.

Any items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund until the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us may be subject to a handling fee to cover shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs. This fee may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Unclaimed packages are not automatically considered valid returns and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shirtmaxxing.com.
To process your claim, we may request:

Photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.

Your order number.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or modifications made after delivery are not covered under this policy.
If your claim is approved, we may offer, depending on the circumstances:

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide supporting documentation so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
